March ahead…

All of a sudden, we’ve reached from a very slow start of the year, the start of Spring. It really feels like we’ve all entered a collective time paradox where everything is a lot slower than usual. It makes myself very grateful for sunshine, the sound of birds and pleasant weather to walk in. However, I owe a lot of gratitude to people who reach out to me during the Winter months.

Mostly I’m aware we’re at the turning point of another year. As much as the media is dealing in doom with the ongoing, I feel a lot more upbeat about what lies ahead in 2021. The lives that many have lost over 2020 will be regained and we’ll all step into a new world, with new opportunities but also new dangers. Some that have already been written about, others just all together unique.

One of the things I’ve discovered recently is how much breathing can have an effect on everything else. So much, that I ended up taking on a breathing specialist just so I can improve things. I’ve always had problems breathing through my nose and with just one change I’m doing it more than I was before. (Check out Jen Tiller here if you want in already, tell her I sent you)

Also, I’ve been trying to improve my daily routines for work. Mostly drinking enough water, exercising enough so I don’t lack energy throughout the day. Now, getting enough sunlight and eating plenty of vegetables also.

Finally, I’ve been watching what I consume a lot more through my eyes. Not just what but how much also. I’m not saying this like any deist say you have to ban content all together. More that you have to be aware of how things effect you, just as much as what you eat.

Like I know what I’m getting into when I scroll through social media. You can fill your feed up with important, honest content but enough puppies not to send you into a doom spiral. Or so much positive content you start spiritually bypassing really difficult emotions that need dealing with.

What’s the point I’m getting at? Get ‘Spring cleaning’ your life. I would even dare say it’s a form of self care that doesn’t need a bath bomb or anything bought to deal with it.

Until next time everyone…#setyourselfonfire and watch the seeds appear.
